IS IT POSSIBLE TO PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE?
You can place your non-customised stock orders through our online web portal – www.kappateamsports.com. We cannot take orders over the phone, but we’re happy to talk you through the web ordering process if you need any assistance.
WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
You will receive an Order Confirmation email to the email address registered on your account. This will contain your UKI Order Reference Number and a break-down of your order. Please allow up to 15 minutes for this to come through, if it does not appear after this time, we recommend checking your Spam Folder. Our Customer Service Team can re-send this through to you should your Order Confirmation not come through.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

You can find details of your order status on your Web Portal, our current lead time is (10-14 working days*) from placing your order. If you have any questions on the ETA of your order, you can contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ form on the website Please ensure your order reference number (UKI Number) is included.
WHAT CAN I DO IF I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED A PARTIAL DELIVERY?
your order may be partially delivered with product to follow dependant on their stock availability, this will be documented on your Packing list provided within the delivery.
WHAT CAN I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED AN ITEM THAT I DIDN’T ORDER?
In the unlikely event you have received an item you did not order, please make contact with our Customer Services Team via the ‘Contact Us’ form on the website. Ensuring you add any UKI Order Reference Numbers on the delivery paperwork. Our Team will be able to help resolve and arrange for a return of the item.
CAN I RETURN A PERSONALIZED ITEM?
We are unable to accept any returns on customised/personalised items. This is because the products have been made to order and exclusively created for you.
Customised items include any sublimation, crest, sponsor, names, numbers.
We can accept returns on non-customised/non-personalised items providing they are returned in their original condition with bags and labels still applied, returned within 30 days of receipt.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
You’ll receive your refund once the item has been correctly received and checked by our warehouse. To ensure there are no delays to your returns refund, please ensure all order details are present on the returns form such as UKI Order Reference Number, Products and Quantities Returned as well as the Reason for Return.
HOW CAN I FIND THE CORRECT FIT AND SIZE FOR ME?

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PERSONALISE AN ITEM AFTER I HAVE BOUGHT IT?
We can offer a VAS (value added service) regarding Embroidery/Printing with details on how to follow in Mid April 2023 once department set up. You can contact neil.reid@kappateamsports for further information.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN '3 WEEK DELIVERY - EU STOCK' AND 'AVAILABLE' STOCK IN THE 23/24 CATALOGUE?
We have two options for ordering in our catalogue, we stock a large amount of product in our UK Warehouse, of which we can fulfil within 48 hours of placing a plain stock order providing all items are in stock at the time of ordering (with no VAS or Branding applied). Any UK Stock can be checked and ordered on our Online Ordering Platform at www.kappateamsports.com
We have the option, in certain styles and colourways, to order product from our EU Warehouse. These products are clearly displayed in our catalogue as ‘3 Week Delivery – EU Stock’ items. If you require stock from our EU stock offering, please contact your Sales Rep or our Customer Operations team to check availability and place EU Stock orders. Please note that due to the nature of the fulfilment process with our EU Warehouse, the lead time on these orders will be 3 weeks for plain stock items (the lead time for any VAS/Branded orders from EU stock will be added on top of the 3-week delivery time).
If you require a mixture of UK and EU Stock, the orders will need to be placed separately to avoid any delays to your order. The UK Stock on our website can be ordered as normal on your Online Portal, any stock required from the EU stock in the catalogue will need to be emailed through to your Sales Rep or Customer Operations to check availability and to place the order offline.
